Cancellation & Dispute Policy
How cancellations and disputes are handled on spatialsx.
Charter enquiries
A charter enquiry is not a booking and can be withdrawn before you accept a confirmed option from our aviation partner. Once a booking is confirmed with the provider, the provider’s own cancellation terms apply.
Aircraft services
Scheduled service appointments can be changed or cancelled through your account, subject to the provider’s stated terms. If something goes wrong, you can flag an issue on the job record and our team will review it.
Disputes
Disputes about service quality or completion are reviewed by our operations team using the job record, messages and attached files. spatialsx may suspend providers or customers who abuse the platform.
