Who we are
spatialsx is an independent discovery and referral platform for private aviation. spatialsx is not an aircraft operator, air carrier or charter broker, and does not own or operate aircraft. Charter booking, contracts and fulfillment are coordinated by our aviation partners and conducted by authorized operators.
Estimates and enquiries
Price ranges shown on spatialsx are indicative estimates, not confirmed quotes or availability. Submitting an enquiry is not a booking. A flight is only confirmed once our aviation partner provides confirmed options and you accept them directly with the provider.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform only for genuine travel and service needs, and not to submit speculative, automated or repeated enquiries. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Liability
The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, spatialsx is not liable for the acts or omissions of air carriers, charter brokers, service providers or other third parties.
