How spatialsx collects, uses and protects personal information.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide when searching for flights, submitting a charter enquiry, requesting aircraft services, creating an account or contacting support: contact details, itinerary details, aircraft and service requirements, and account preferences. We also record privacy-conscious usage events (page visits, searches, enquiry steps) with campaign attribution parameters when present. We do not collect payment card details.
How we use it
Charter enquiries and the contact details they contain are transmitted to our aviation booking partner so they can respond with confirmed options. Aircraft service requests are shared with service providers you choose to engage. Usage events help us measure and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Data is stored in our managed cloud backend with row-level access controls. Provider credentials and business documents are stored in private storage accessible only to the provider and authorized reviewers. Integration tokens are held in server-side secrets and never exposed to the browser.
